The former IBF Super Middleweight Champion Caleb Plant is taking on Armando Resendiz in an Interim WBA Super Middleweight title bout. This is Plant’s first defense of the WBA Interim championship. Plant is coming off a TKO victory against Trevor McCumby in September 2024. Resendiz is 15-2 with 11 knockouts in his career and most recently beat Fernando Paliza in February.

Plant is a massive -2500 favorite on DraftKings Sportsbook while Resendiz is a +1100 underdog. Even though Plant has two losses on his resume, his defeats were against Canelo Alvarez and David Benavidez, two of the best boxers in the world.

This event will air live on Amazon Prime Video at 8:00 p.m. ET on Saturday, May 31. This is a non-PPV boxing card and is included for all Prime subscribers.
