UPDATE: Edwards has returned to Tuesday’s game.
At the end of the first quarter of Tuesday’s Game 1 vs. the Thunder, Anthony Edwards drove to the rim and collided with Alex Caruso who was attempting to take a charge. Edwards looked to injure his ankle in the process, and went down the tunnel to the locker room.
Before exiting, he went 2-of-3 from the field for 7 points and also added three rebounds and a block.
