The Preakness Stakes will be held today at 4:00 p.m. ET, with the race beginning at 7:01 p.m. ET on NBC. Pimlico Race Course in Baltimore, Maryland, is hosting this event. 

Journalism was the favorite to win the Kentucky Derby but came up short. Once again, Journalism enters as the favorite for the Preakness Stakes, being an 8/5 favorite. Michael W. McCarthy is Journalism’s trainer and trained Rombauer, who won the 2021 Preakness Stakes.
