What happened to Donovan Mitchell Sunday 5/11/25 vs. Pacers?

UPDATE: Mitchell is doubtful to return to Game 4 as he’s nursing an ankle injury.

The Pacers tied the 2017 Cavaliers for the largest halftime lead (41) in NBA postseason history. Indiana led 80-39 at the break.

Donovan Mitchell did not return to the Cavaliers’ bench after halftime ended. It’s uncertain why he hasn’t returned to the court in Game 4, as he didn’t appear to be injured. His status for the remainder of the game is unknown.

Mitchell played 20 minutes in the first half, posting 12 points and one rebound, while shooting 3-of-11 from the field. He also added one steal and a block.
