Cubs OF Seiya Suzuki Injury Update: 4/23/25 vs. Dodgers

Cubs OF Seiya Suzuki has been scratched from Wednesday’s game vs. the Dodgers with a wrist injury.

As a result, 1B Justin Turner will enter the lineup as the DH and will bat third in the lineup. This injury comes at a bad time for Suzuki, who had started the season in fine form.

He already has six home runs, 24 hits and 20 RBI’s on the season. He is close to the top 10 in all of the major batting statistics, so this will be a huge loss for the Cubs if the injury is serious.

On DraftKings Sportsbook, the Cubs are -130 favorites with the run total set at 9.
