On the second night of a back-to-back set, the Knicks are debating resting all of their key players. Jalen Brunson, Karl-Anthony Towns, Josh Hart and OG Anunoby have all been listed as questionable for the penultimate game of the regular season, with New York still fighting with Indiana for the three-seed in the East.
With both Anunoby and Hart sidelined in Wednesday’s loss to the Pistons, Precious Achiuwa and Miles McBride joined the Knicks’ starting five, with the former registering an 18-point, 10-rebound double-double in 39.7 minutes of action. Heck, PJ Tucker logged 26.8 minutes versus Detroit and would likely see a major role once again if New York decides to give this one away.
In 2024-25, with Towns, Anunoby and Brunson off the floor, Mikal Bridges owns a massive 28.0% usage rate and averages a team-high 1.16 FPTS per minute. Bridges refuses to rest, so you’ll see the veteran wing out there on Friday night.
