It’s tough to glean much insight from overall statistics since the opposing Mavericks have struggled with injuries all season, but since Davis returned, they rank 10th in defensive rating, 17th in opponent points allowed, and sixth in pace over their last five games.
Ever since the All-Star break, James Harden is playing like his vintage self. The 35-year-old averages 24.8 points, 8.5 assists, and 5.4 rebounds per contest across those 22 appearances. He’s led this Clippers squad admirably while fellow star Kawhi Leonard missed time, and with both healthy, they’re a squad which could potentially throw a wrench in another team’s playoff plans.
