Tonight, the Los Angeles Lakers host the New Orleans Pelicans at 10:30 p.m. EST in what should be a tantalizing matchup for L.A. LeBron James and Luka Doncic have a chance to pad their stats against a struggling team as the Lakers try to stay within the Western Conference’s top four teams.

Here’s a couple of best prop bet selections for LeBron James on DraftKings Sportsbook ahead of tonight’s late-slate action.

Best LeBron James prop bets on DraftKings Sportsbook

DraftKings Sportsbook lists LeBron’s prop lines for this contest at 23.5 points, 6.5 rebounds, 7.5 assists, and 1.5 three-pointers made. His PTS + REB + AST O/U sits at 37.5.

The Lakers are heavily favored to pick up the win tonight as 15-point favorites at -1200 on the Moneyline on DraftKings Sportsbook. There isn’t a game total available for this contest yet, but the Lakers fall 15th in pace over the last 10 games while the Pelicans come in at 23rd overall. As for the New Orleans defense, they rank 25th in defensive rating over that same span and are likely to struggle against a star-studded Lakers lineup.

One LeBron prop bet I quite like tonight is over 6.5 rebounds. Sure, there’s better value to be had elsewhere than the -130 odds this over holds, but King James has gone over this 6.5-board line in 39 of his 65 appearances on the campaign. The Pelicans are also an appealing matchup on the glass as they rank 20th in rebounding this season and 27th in opponent rebounds allowed per game. The stage is set for James to pull down at least seven boards in this one.

Of course, the 40-year-old continues to defy age with his averages of 24.5 points, 8.5 assists, and 8.0 rebounds on the season. He still produces in every category across the board, which makes stat combo props an appealing pick. With that said, 30.5 PTS + AST is another top selection for this contest based on James’ recent form. He’s gone over that line in eight of his last 15 games, as well as 38 of 65 appearances overall. The Pels’ defense is weak and James should get his numbers tonight, with the main threat to the over being the potential to sit out the end of a Lakers blowout. Still, I like the over here at -120 odds.
