Cade Cunningham Injury Update: 4/4/25 vs. the Raptors

Cade Cunningham ($10,700) missed the last five games due to a calf injury. He’s officially listed as questionable for Friday’s contest against the Toronto Raptors.

If Cunningham returns to action, that would send Dennis Schroder ($6,400) back to a reserve role. Schroeder was excellent filling in for Cunningham, averaging 13.2 points, 3.6 rebounds and 7.8 assists in 34 minutes. In the last three starts, Schroder put up 30, 34 and 43.75 FPTS, guiding the Pistons to a 3-2 record over that stretch.

Detroit has six regular season games remaining, with the last two against Milwaukee, a team that is only 0.5 games back in the Eastern Conference standings. It’s time for Cunningham to get back into the swing of things to prepare for the playoffs.

Back in November when Cunningham missed three games, he played 33 minutes in his return.

Tobias Harris has been dealing with an Achilles issue, causing hiim to miss two of the last three games. He played 22 minutes on Wednesday and has been ruled out for Friday.

Stan joined DraftKings in December of 2020. It was a glorious time, except for that whole COVID thing, when we got Madden streams and boisterous bat flips from the KBO. I was brought on board to bring some West Coast flavor. I especially love hoops, and most of my content is in that arena. When I walk along the beach, strumming my guitar, the beat that I hear is not one of crashing waves. No, it is the beat of the ball bouncing off the hardwood with highs provided by the squeaks of the sneakers. Ball is life.
