The Phoenix Suns are floundering as the NBA season hits the home stretch. As teams begin to lock in their postseason berths, the duo of Devin Booker and Kevin Durant sit outside of even a Play-In Tournament spot at 31-37, 11th in the Western Conference.
As they work to save their season, here’s a couple of top Devin Booker prop bets on DraftKings Sportsbook for tonight’s game against the Raptors.
Best Devin Booker prop bets on DraftKings Sportsbook
Booker’s lines on DraftKings Sportsbook are set at 26.5 points, 4.5 rebounds, 7.5 assists, and 2.5 three-pointers. His combined PTS + REB + AST line is currently 38.5.
The Raptors fall roughly middle of the pack in defensive rating at 17th in the NBA, but they’ll be without wing RJ Barrett (illness) and center Jakob Poeltl (rest) tonight. Those are two big-time losses for Toronto, so the Suns should have an easier time getting to the rim and crashing the boards in this one.
Booker’s scoring production has been down a bit lately. He averages 25.7 PPG but hasn’t seen the same statistical pop he’s known for, going under 20 points in five of his last 10 contests. However, his playmaking production has increased significantly. In 14 games since the All-Star break, Booker has racked up at least eight assists in nine appearances — including 13 and 11 dimes in his last two contests.
There’s two ways to attack this. Bettors can either take Booker to continue passing rather than scoring, or revert to his typical points-first style of play he’s known for.
This should be a get-right spot for the Suns and their star guard, but at +100 odds, taking Booker to go under 26.5 points feels like the way to go. This could be a trap game, but given his recent form, this feels like a great chance to ride the trend and chase some value.
Similarly, over 7.5 assists is listed at +114 odds. Booker is distributing the rock at a high level lately, so at plus-money, this line is another way to follow higher-value bets for the star guard.
