The Thunder, led by MVP candidate Shai Gilgeous-Alexander, sit comfortably atop the Western Conference with a 12-game lead. However, they know there’s still work to do to finish the season strong.
Detroit is fighting to stay in the playoff race and recently suffered a tough loss to Washington. Their defeat exposed some vulnerabilities, particularly in their defense, but the Pistons have been competitive this season and could present a challenge for Oklahoma City. With a motivated Cade Cunningham, who has averaged 31.7 points and 8.2 assists over the last six games, the Pistons could cover this spread in a tightly contested game.
Warriors -7 (-112)
The Warriors have won six straight, including a 130-104 victory over the Kings. Stephen Curry continues to shine, contributing 11 points and five assists while helping seven teammates reach double figures. Jonathan Kuminga, in his return from a 31-game absence, added 18 points in 20 minutes, giving the Warriors a new offensive dimension.
The Knicks, missing Jalen Brunson due to an ankle injury, have been inconsistent, struggling in losses to the Lakers and Clippers. Jaren Jackson Jr.’s return from injury significantly boosts their defense. Jackson had 13 points, four steals, and two blocks in their win over Phoenix.
Meanwhile, the Heat have lost six straight games, with a particularly troubling trend of poor fourth-quarter performances. In their recent loss to the Celtics, the Heat managed only 14 points in the final frame. This inability to close games will be a significant disadvantage when facing a team as explosive as Memphis. With Morant continuing his dominant play and the Grizzlies’ defense tightening up, the team is well-positioned to bounce back.

Houston has been on a hot streak, winning five straight games, with their dominant work on the glass playing a key role. Houston’s explosive offense, led by Green and Sengun, should overpower the Bulls’ struggling defense in this matchup.
Pacers -6 (-115)
On Friday, the Pacers snapped a four-game road losing streak with a 112-100 win over the 76ers. Pascal Siakam led with 27 points (17 in the second half), Myles Turner added 18 points and seven rebounds, and Tyrese Haliburton contributed 14 points and 10 assists. A 12-2 run to open the fourth quarter gave the Pacers a double-digit lead and secured the win, moving them into a tie for fourth place in the Eastern Conference.
In Tuesday’s win over the Bucks, Haliburton’s four-point play with 3.4 seconds left sealed the 115-114 victory. Riding momentum from Friday’s win, Indiana aims to maintain its spot near the top of the standings. Despite strong performances from Giannis Antetokounmpo and Damian Lillard, the Bucks have struggled defensively and dealt with injuries, including Bobby Portis’ suspension and Antetokounmpo’s absences. The Pacers are well-positioned to cover the spread against a Bucks team dealing with defensive and injury issues.
