  • Nets at Cavaliers, 7 PM
  • Wizards at Pistons, 7 PM
  • Bucks at Pacers, 7:30 PM
  • Clippers at Pelicans, 8 PM

Nets +16.5 (-108)

The Cavaliers are on fire, riding a 14-game winning streak with the best record in the NBA. Their depth and overall team play give them a clear edge, with contributions from Donovan Mitchell and Darius Garland. However, after snapping a seven-game losing streak with a narrow win over the Lakers, the Nets have the potential to keep this game competitive. Brooklyn’s offensive firepower, led by Cam Thomas and Cameron Johnson, can help them cover a large spread, even if Cleveland’s dominance is hard to overcome. It’s worth mentioning that Mitchell is questionable to play due to left groin soreness. If he cannot play, the value here diminishes significantly.

Pistons -14.5 (-112)

The Pistons are coming off a mixed road trip, finishing 2-2 with wins over Utah and Portland, but also losing to the Clippers and Warriors. Detroit’s inconsistency in closing out games remains a concern. In their latest victory over Portland, the Pistons nearly gave away an 18-point lead, needing clutch free throws from Cade Cunningham and Dennis Schroder in the final 19 seconds to seal the win. Washington, playing the second game of a back-to-back, shot just 36.2% in the second half of a 15-point loss against Toronto. Detroit will be motivated to take care of business at home against a depleted Wizards squad playing without Bilal Coulibaly, among others.

Pacers +2.5 (-108)

The Pacers are coming off a 121-103 loss to the Bulls, in which they struggled in the second quarter, getting outscored 40-21. Depending on Tyrese Haliburton’s final status, Indiana could bounce back against the Bucks. However, as Haliburton continues to deal with a hip flexor strain, he’s questionable to play, and the Pacers couldn’t recover. Milwaukee enters this matchup, dropping back-to-back games against the Magic and Cavaliers after an eight-game win streak. Though the Bucks won both previous matchups this season, the Pacers have the tools to cover the +2.5 spread if Haliburton plays. Otherwise, it’ll be a challenging set of circumstances to overcome.

Clippers -7 (-110)

The Clippers are hungry for a win after a tough stretch and will look to continue their momentum after a dramatic overtime win against the Kings. With James Harden, Ivica Zubac, and Kawhi Leonard leading, the Clippers should cover the spread in this matchup. However, an explosive performance from Zion Williamson or C.J. McCollum could change the situation. Regardless, Mo Bamba should be available to play after signing a 10-day contract, so New Orleans will be adjusting to having a new center when he’s on the floor. New Orleans is on a four-game losing streak and recently suffered a 146-117 loss against the Rockets. The Pelicans have lost by a combined margin of 65 points during their last four games.
