There’s only two games on the NFL slate this Sunday as four teams try to punch their ticket to the Super Bowl. The upstart Commanders face a tenacious Eagles squad in an NFC East clash, while the Bills and Chiefs meet in yet another playoff rematch to determine the AFC’s representative in the season’s finale.
The player pool is shallow, but there’s stellar DFS options available in DraftKings contests. Here’s a couple of standout performers for Sunday’s lineups.

QB Josh Allen, Buffalo Bills, $7,500
Allen has been here before, but he’s never quite gotten over the hill in three past playoff meetings with Kansas City. On Sunday, he looks to finally exorcize his red-and-yellow demons for the chance to reach his first Super Bowl.
With an average of 23.2 DKFP per contest this season, Allen provides bonafide QB1 production to build a lineup around. He can sling the rock and is playing the best ball of his career, but his rushing upside is immense, with 14 scores via the ground on the season. He’s protecting the football at a high level and has thrown just six interceptions on the season, so turnovers aren’t a big concern, either. Kansas City’s defense is great, but this is a clash of titans here. Allen is the best quarterback option on the slate and out-dueled the rightful MVP in Lamar Jackson last week. I’m inclined to trust him here.
TE Travis Kelce, Kansas City Chiefs, $6,000
As we know all too well, rising to the occasion in the postseason is Travis Kelce’s style. If he continues to play like he did last week, the Chiefs may have nothing but champagne problems in their quest to fill another blank space in the trophy case.
The tight end showed signs of decline this season with his lowest yardage total since his rookie campaign, but it didn’t take long for him to shake it off come playoff time. The Texans knew Kelce was trouble when he walked in the stadium, but were unable to stop the star — he swiftly exploded for 117 yards and a touchdown on seven catches as the love story between Patrick Mahomes and his favorite target continued. This marks the fourth postseason meeting between the Chiefs and Bills in five years, so there’s already bad blood between these teams. Slot Kelce into DFS lineups as he looks to exile Buffalo from the playoffs once again with one more standout performance. Deja vu, indeed.
RB Saquon Barkley, Philadelphia Eagles, $8,600
Last week, I wrote the following: “Rounding out this set of superstars is Saquon Barkley, the NFL’s leading rusher and arguably the best player in fantasy football.” I fully stand by that statement.
Jalen Hurts is awesome, but he’s inconsistent and not the most reliable passer in a playoff atmosphere. The Eagles looked to hide him a bit over the last two weeks, shoveling carries onto Barkley’s plate especially. He made the most of the opportunities against the Rams, taking 26 rushes for 206 yards and two scores. Barkley’s breakaway touchdown run as the snow began to fall in Philly seemed as particularly prophetic as it was beautiful, with the Rams soon buried in the flurry, forced to unsuccessfully claw their way out. He’s expensive, but he’s worth every penny as the foundation of a lineup, especially against a poor Washington run defense.
