When Sunday rolls around, two NFL franchises will be locked in for a conference championship appearance, while four more are set to duke it out for the final spots.
There’s only two games on Sunday’s Divisional Round slate, so the Eagles, Rams, Bills, and Ravens are all represented in the player pool for DFS lineups. Here’s three must-start options.

QB Lamar Jackson, Baltimore Ravens, $7,800
Lamar Jackson is the most expensive QB on the DFS slate, but he’s also the best. Make no mistake about it, because Jackson should be the rightful NFL MVP Award-winner.
He averages 26.2 fantasy points per outing and is a threat to score both through the air and on the ground. Although receiver Zay Flowers is doubtful to play, Jackson will be just fine without his WR1. In the Wild Card matchup with a talented Steelers defense, he completed passes to seven different targets and played a near-perfect game. The Bills defense is good, but Jackson is better. He’ll get his points, but if it turns into a shootout against Josh Allen and the Bills offense, the ceiling is through the roof.
WR Puka Nacua, Los Angeles Rams, $7,400
Puka Nacua brings good vibes to the table, but he also brings plenty of talent and fantasy football prowess.
Nacua is solidified as the 1A option in the Rams’ receiving game, and for good reason. The BYU product is a crafty route-runner but also possesses standout size and toughness to win at the catch point. He averages 19.3 FPPG and over 86 yards per outing, and with plenty of targets to go around thanks to Matthew Stafford, he’ll have a chance to put up a major stat line against an impressive Eagles defense. Don’t sweat the matchup too much… Puka is a matchup-proof fantasy assassin.
RB Saquon Barkley, Philadelphia Eagles, $8,500
Rounding out this set of superstars is Saquon Barkley, the NFL’s leading rusher and arguably the best player in fantasy football.
He’ll cost you at this $8,200 salary, but Barkley is worth every single penny. He’s fresh off 25 carries for 119 yards and a score against the Packers last week in the Wild Card, and the Eagles are incentivized to continue leaning on him as much as possible in this matchup against a surging Rams squad. Averaging 23.9 FPPG, Barkley is a true fantasy stud and possesses a perfect blend of stable floor and sky-high upside. Fade him at your own risk.
