Jeff’s King of the End Zone Picks for Saturday, January 18: Jameson Williams and Xavier Worthy
Sometimes, you just have to roll with a few favorites.
While Williams and Worthy don’t have the shortest anytime touchdown odds among the many high-profile players suiting up on Saturday, they are among the most dangerous deep ball threats on the slate.
A rare rookie capable of breaking into Patrick Mahomes’ consistent rotation of receivers, Worthy has broken off multiple long scores this season. If he gets the ball in open space, watch out.
Speaking of threats to score any time he touches the ball, Williams is arguably the premier big play receiver in the NFL. The speedster has racked up seven touchdowns on the year, including an 82-yarder in December. Both he and Worthy have legitimate potential to rattle off a 50-plus yard score this weekend.
