UPDATE: Henry has returned to Sunday’s game vs. the Colts.
As Drake Maye and the New England Patriots were marching down the field against the Indianapolis Colts in the late first quarter of today’s games, Hunter Henry caught a pass over the middle from his rookie quarterback and took two vicious hits to the head. He immediately headed to the blue medical tent with New England trainers.
Henry had been a key feature of the Patriots’ drive, which ended only in a field goal. He’d already registered three catches for 34 yards.
