Late in Monday night’s game vs. the Ravens, Godwin appeared to suffer a serious leg injury after a 21-yard completion. He had to be carted off the field, and Todd Bowles said post-game that early indication is Godwin suffered a dislocated ankle.
Godwin was in the midst of a great season for Tampa, posting caught 43 receptions for 511 yards and five touchdowns through the team’s first six games..
The loss of Godwin is a tough one for the Bucs, especially since Mike Evans suffered hamstring injury earlier in the game.
Sterling Shepard and Jalen McMillan are the next two wide receivers on the depth chart.
