Week 6 plays host to another full day of nonstop NFL action. Bettors have odds from 12 games to sift through between the London game at 9:30 a.m. ET all the way until the Sunday night game.
As picks have been cast, some DraftKings Sportsbook bets have emerged as more popular options than others. Below, you’ll find four different groupings of Week 6 NFL player props and odds. (Note that there could be some overlap):

Player Props – Most Popular by Total Handle
- Christian Kirk Receptions O/U – Under 4.5 (-165)
- Jayden Reed Receiving Yards O/U – Over 58.5
- Derrick Henry Longest Rush O/U – Over 16.5 (-105)
Reed’s prop is the big thing to note here. With that play receiving as much handle as it has, the O/U has bumped up to 61.5 (-110). Hard to imagine that dips all the way back down to 58.5, but it also wouldn’t be a surprise if 61.5 isn’t the closing line.
Also, with Henry, outside of the season-opener, he has pulverized the Longest Rush mark that’s set for Sunday’s meeting with Washington.

- Jayden Reed Receiving Yards – 50+ (-210)
- Zay Flowers Receiving Yards – 50+ (-155)
- A.J. Brown Receiving Yards – 50+ (-340)
Interesting seeing Reed pop up twice in this conversation, but for slightly different bets. Given how his O/U has been attacked, this feels like a sound play. With its shorter odds, it might be worth tacking on to a parlay, for those who prefer that route.

It’s no shock to see these three names lead the charge. Barkley has a TD in half of his games played, and Philly is coming off a bye. Detroit is, as well, and Montgomery has logged a TD in all four of Lions games this season. Just like Montgomery, Henry has scored a TD in each Ravens game this season — except, Baltimore has yet to go on bye yet.
Henry may have the longest odds of the bunch, but that does seem like the sharpest play of the bunch based on that play generating the most handle despite having a lesser cut of the bets.
