NBA Prop Bets: 76ers at Pistons Best Bets for Wednesday 11/04/26

By: Zach Thompson

After an off-day Tuesday, the NBA is back in action with a huge 14-game schedule on Wednesday. The ESPN doubleheader features two excellent matchups, tipping off at 7:00 p.m. ET, when the 7-1 76ers visit the 6-1 Pistons in an outstanding Eastern Conference showdown. The Pistons beat the Sixers in Philly on Sunday, Oct. 25, and it should be a great rematch Wednesday night in the Motor City. Let’s take a closer look at Wednesday’s matchup and pick out a few 76ers Pistons props that make sense to consider adding to your betting card.

In the bigger picture, the Pistons are 2.5-point home favorites on DraftKings Sportsbook with the over/under at 219.5. The 76ers are getting 70% of the bets on the moneyline and 65% of the picks against the spread as of Wednesday afternoon.

According to the injury report, the 76ers will be without Dominick Barlow and Ariel Hukporti but will have the rest of their rotation ready, while the Pistons listed Jalen Duren, Isaiah Joe, Elijah Harkless and Ugonna Onyenso as out and Isaac Jones as available.

76ers at Pistons Props on DraftKings Sportsbook

VJ Edgecombe 6+ Rebounds (+103)

Edgecombe has gotten off to a strong start as a supporting character to the Sixers’ star-studded lineup, playing a significant workload of 33 minutes per game. While his scoring has fluctuated depending on who else is in the lineup or getting the day off, he has consistently produced solid rebounds, averaging 7.1 boards per game.

He had only three rebounds on Monday against the Bulls, but he had at least seven rebounds in each of his previous five games before that, including a 13-rebound double-double against the Bucks.

Edgecombe missed the first meeting between these teams due to an abdominal contusion, but he has been able to return and be effective since his return. He averaged exactly six rebounds in his four games against the Pistons last season, recording at least six rebounds in three of those four games.

John Collins Under 18.5 Points + Rebounds (-116)

Collins has started each of his seven games with the Pistons, playing 25.6 minutes per game. While he had a couple of big games early in the season, his production has dropped off sharply in his last four games.

His two games over this prop line this season included a 16-point, 11-rebound double-double against the 76ers in the first meeting between these teams. However, since then, he has scored four points or fewer in four straight games. He averaged only 9.25 points plus rebounds in those four games while shooting a combined 6-for-22 from the field and 0-for-6 from long range.

Collins has the potential to get hot and go over this prop, but he has struggled so significantly to start the season and is playing a low-volume role for the Pistons at this point, making the under on this prop a strong play.

Daniss Jenkins 5+ Assists (+129)

Jenkins started against the Sixers in the first meeting between these teams and had six assists to go with his eight rebounds and 18 points. Aside from that game, though, he has come off the bench in his other six games.

Whether in the lineup or off the bench, Jenkins has averaged 4.4 assists in his seven games. He’s averaging 24.4 minutes per game, which would represent a career high if he maintains that workload throughout the season.

Jenkins has reached this assist threshold in four of his last six games, including each of his last two contests. He dished out seven assists in 23 minutes on Monday against the Hornets and has a good chance to get to at least five assists in this rematch, even though he’ll likely be playing in the second unit.

Bonus Parlay Play: LeBron James 13+ Rebounds + Assists (+100)

If you are assembling a Same Game Parlay (SGP), be sure to capitalize on the available 30% NBA Profit Boost to use on a 2+ leg parlay on DraftKings Sportsbook. Adding in the over on LeBron’s rebounds plus assists boosts the SGP odds to +1500 for the four player prop bets in this post. Adding on the booster can take your winnings even higher!

James is averaging 14.3 rebounds plus assists in his six games this season, going over this prop in five of those six contests. He had seven rebounds and nine assists for 16 rebounds and assists in just 31 minutes on Monday against the Bulls, and the only time he fell short of this prop line was against the Pistons in their first meeting.
