What to expect in Season 2 of Stick
In Apple TV’s press release, it states, “Santi takes the next step in his pursuit of professional golf, only to discover how quickly the game changes when talent becomes expectation.” In the first season, Santi shocked the world by coming out of nowhere and competing with PGA professionals. But now he seems set to face more pressure as a regular part of the PGA Tour.
Alongside Santi’s rise, Pryce appears to be taking another shot at his own golf career: “Pryce does something nobody expects: he bets on himself, launching an improbable comeback in hopes of becoming the oldest golfer ever to win a major.” This could create tension between Pryce and Santi, since Pryce is unlikely to focus his undivided attention on him while competing himself.
