NBA Prop Bets: Celtics at Rockets Best Bets for Monday 11/2/26

The Rockets are hosting the Celtics on Monday night. On DraftKings Sportsbook, Houston is favored by 5.5 points and this game carries a total of 216.5 points.

Below, I dive into three of my favorite prop bets on DraftKings Sportsbook for this matchup.

Celtics at Rockets Props on DraftKings Sportsbook

Jayson Tatum O 6.5 Assists (-112)

Tatum is having a career-best season as a facilitator, averaging 7.7 assists per game. The forward’s best average before this was 6.0 assists per game for the 2024-25 season. Tatum has finished with 7+ assists in all but one of his six starts and he is leading the Celtics with 13.2 potential assists per game.

With Paul George (rest) sidelined tonight, Tatum’s role should grow to new heights and he should do a ton of playmaking. With George off the court this season, Tatum’s assist rate increases 8.5 percentage points to 44.9% and he averages 9.2 assists per 36 minutes.

Alperen Sengun U 17.5 Points (-108)

Sengun has been held to 17 points or less in two of his last three and the Celtics are a brutal matchup for the center. Boston ranks sixth in defensive rating and it is giving up the fewest points in the paint for the second straight season. Under coach Joe Mazzulla, the Celtics prioritize protecting the paint and this Boston club features two elite defensive centers to throw at Sengun in Mitchell Robinson and Neemias Queta.

Sengun hasn’t scored more than 16 points in four straight matchups with Boston and the Celtics should continue to give Sengun problems tonight.

Mitchell Robinson 1+ Points in the First Three Minutes (-110)

Robinson is back tonight after being rested for yesterday’s win vs. the Magic. As the Celtics’ starting center this season, Robinson is averaging 6.6 PPG on a career-high 82% field-goal percentage. The big man has been active to begin games, producing nine points in the first three minutes, which ranks third for Boston.

Robinson is handling a strong 22% usage rate in the first three minutes and he has scored in the first three minutes of 3-of-5 games. Particularly with George out, Tatum should be looking to find Robinson for some easy baskets in the opening minutes of this contest and Robinson should get on the board quickly.
