What happened to Michael Wilson? Live injury updates for Cardinals vs. Cowboys on Sunday 11/1/26

UPDATE: Michael Wilson has returned to the field and is active for the second half matchup between the Cardinals and Cowboys.

Just before halftime of the Arizona Cardinals vs. Dallas Cowboys matchup, Michael Wilson suffered an injury and was forced to undergo further evaluation in the medical tent. Wilson laid out for a reception on a deep throw opportunity, but he was unable to complete the reception and landed awkwardly.

This play occurred just before halftime, so Wilson’s status will be worth monitoring in the second half.

Prior to leaving the matchup, Wilson had been targeted seven times. He had only pulled in two of these for 25 total yards.
