- Lamar Jackson † (Ankle): Practiced Wednesday and Thursday fully and handled all first-team work after missing the past three games with a high ankle sprain. He is on track to play Sunday, and Jesse Minter said he is “in a decent spot.”

Dak Prescott ($6,300) — Cowboys vs. Cardinals

Prescott projects fourth at the position but carries only the seventh-highest salary on the Sunday Main slate. Dallas owns the highest team total of the week, and Arizona ranks 30th against quarterbacks on a blended basis. He has averaged 19.3 DK points across seven games in 2026, with three outings of 21 or more, including 21.3 in Monday’s win in Philadelphia. George Pickens was limited Wednesday and Thursday with shoulder and hamstring injuries, so his status is worth tracking before lock. Prescott needs about 18.9 points to return 3x.
Drake Maye ($6,500) — Patriots @ Dolphins

Miami ranks 24th against quarterbacks, and New England’s 24.5-point team total is seven points higher than the Dolphins’. The risk is in the receiver room: A.J. Brown did not practice Thursday after a limited Wednesday, and a 7-point spread could tilt the fourth quarter toward the run. He needs 19.5 points for 3x.
Jacoby Brissett ($5,700) — Cardinals @ Cowboys

Brissett is the cheapest starter in the game tied for the highest Total of the week. Dallas ranks 28th against quarterbacks, and Arizona as a 7-point road underdog points to a pass-leaning script. He has started all seven games this season and has two games above 25 DK points, which shows the ceiling at this price. His floor is the concern, with two games under 8 points, but a Cowboys-Cardinals game stack with Prescott fits comfortably under the cap.
