DraftKings NBA Pick6 Fantasy Basketball Picks Today: Top Picks for 10/28/26

The NBA’s Wednesday night 12 game slate will tip off at 7 PM ET between the Sixers and Pacers, and conclude at 10:30 PM as the Lakers play on the second half of a back-to-back against the Clippers in Intuit Dome.

There are plenty of opportunities to get involved in the action this evening in Pick6 Fantasy Basketball! This article will look at my top Pick6 plays for tonight’s slate. We simply choose whether a player will record more or less of the set statistic. Here are my favorite plays for today’s action.

Tyrese Maxey More than 24.5 Points

Maxey has been one of the most consistent scorers in the NBA through the opening week, averaging 28.8 PPG while clearing tonight’s 24.5-point line in all four appearances. He’s putting up 22 field-goal attempts per game and averaging 37.8 MPG, so the opportunities are certainly there. Many expected his minutes to go down with LeBron James and Jaylen Brown’s arrival in Philadelphia, but so far, that hasn’t happened yet. Maxey’s monstrous workload (37.8 MPG) will help him clear this line pretty easily.

His matchup against Indiana is appealing, too. The Pacers are allowing 115.0 PPG and playing at the ninth-fastest pace in the league, which should provide Maxey with plenty of scoring opportunities. After averaging 28.3 PPG last season, Maxey appears to be picking up right where he left off.

Rudy Gobert More than 11.5 Rebounds

Gobert’s had a strange start to the season, shooting only 43.5% from the floor after leading the league in FG% last season with 68.2%. He’s been pulling down 14.3 RPG though, which is probably unlikely to stick. Regardless, Gobert is off to an excellent start on the glass, and that 14.3 RPG includes 13 and 20 rebounds in his last two outings. He’s averaging 32.4 MPG and has collected at least 12 rebounds in three of his four appearances. What’s particularly impressive is his work on the offensive glass, where he’s grabbing 5 ORPG, giving him opportunities to accumulate boards on both ends of the court. Golden State has allowed opposing centers to average 12.7 RPG through its first four games, and the Warriors are shooting just 45.3% from the field themselves. With Gobert’s consistent playing time and massive early-season work on the glass, he could be in for another monster day on the boards.

Nickeil Alexander-Walker More than 2.5 Three-Pointers Made

Miami’s perimeter defense has been a huge problem to start the season, and it’s partially why they’re 0-4.

NAW is in a good position to take advantage of this weakness, particularly with Aaron Wiggins listed as Questionable tonight. The Heat have allowed a league-high 17.25 3PM, with opponents attempting a whopping 44.25 shots from deep. Alexander-Walker is averaging 8.5 three-point attempts and 3.3 makes per game through four appearances, connecting on at least four triples twice. His shooting volume has been particularly encouraging, as he’s attempted at least seven threes in every game this season. With Miami giving opponents so many opportunities from deep, Alexander-Walker has a favorable matchup to knock down at least three triples tonight.
