Pistons star Jalen Duren exited Friday’s game against the Heat after suffering an apparent thigh injury in the first half.

Some DraftKings Sportsbook bettors may wonder whether Early Exit is in effect.

Since Duren left during the first half due to injury and did not return, Early Exit does apply in this case. Single pre-game and live prop bets on his lines will settle as a loss but be refunded via cash credits within 24 hours of the game’s conclusion. Parlays involving Duren’s lines will remain open with recalculated odds after affected legs are voided.
