Injuries to Monitor
- Jordan Love † (Back): Listed as limited on Wednesday’s estimated report, then upgraded to a full participant Thursday. He is trending toward a normal workload against Detroit.
- Bryce Young † (Knee): Practiced in full Wednesday and Thursday. Monitor Friday practice reports.
- Patrick Mahomes † (Knee): Full participant Wednesday and Thursday. Monitor Friday practice reports.
- Tyler Shough † (Hand): Practiced in full both days and is playing through two broken bones in his non-throwing hand.
- Lamar Jackson † (Ankle): Limited Wednesday and Thursday in his first practice designations since the Oct. 4 sprain, and head coach Jesse Minter still calls him day-to-day. Tyler Huntley has started the past two games, and the Week 7 starter remains unconfirmed until Baltimore’s designations come out.
- Malik Willis † (Thumb): Full participant Wednesday. Monitor Friday practice reports.
- Baker Mayfield (Thumb): Practiced in full Wednesday and Thursday for the first time since dislocating his right thumb Sept. 27, throwing with a glove on his hand. Tampa Bay is still preparing for Jalon Daniels to make a fourth straight start, so Mayfield is not ranked.

Brock Purdy ($6,600) — 49ers @ Falcons
Game environment: 49ers -2.5, O/U 49.5 (26.5 team total)

Purdy projects second at the position yet costs less than Joe Burrow, Jared Goff and Lamar Jackson on the Sunday Main slate. He has averaged 22.3 DK points across six starts in 2026, with three games above 22, and San Francisco carries one of the four highest team totals of the week. Atlanta sits 23rd against quarterbacks on a blended basis, and a 2.5-point spread with a 49.5 Total points to steady passing volume for all four quarters. He needs about 19.8 points to return 3x.
C.J. Stroud ($5,700) — Texans vs. Giants
Game environment: Texans -10.5, O/U 42.5 (26.5 team total)

Projected DraftKings points: 21.8
Stroud is the cheapest quarterback projecting inside the top five, and eight Sunday Main quarterbacks are priced above him. He has cleared 20 DK points in four of six games, and his 2026 average of 20.7 is more than five points above his 2025 rate. New York ranks 27th against quarterbacks, and Tank Dell is on track to make his season debut after practicing in full Wednesday and Thursday, which adds another target to the passing game. The 10.5-point spread brings some risk of a run-heavy fourth quarter, but Houston’s team total leaves room for multiple touchdowns before that matters.
Jordan Love ($6,000) — Packers @ Lions
Game environment: Packers +3, O/U 53.5 (25.5 team total)

Love lands in the highest Total of the week against the most generous defense in the league for quarterbacks. Detroit ranks 32nd against the position on a blended basis, and Green Bay as a road underdog points to a pass-leaning script. Love has averaged 20.4 DK points in 2026 with back-to-back games above 21, and he projects fourth at $800 less than Goff in the same game. That price gap also makes a Packers-Lions game stack easier to fit.
