What happened to Mike Evans? Live injury updates for Commanders vs. 49ers on Monday 10/19/26

UPDATE: Evans has been ruled out with an Achilles injury.

UPDATE: Evans is questionable to return.

With 1:10 left in the second quarter of Monday night’s game against the Washington Commanders, San Francisco 49ers wide receiver Mike Evans suffered an injury. After catching a 16-yard pass up the right seam, Evans went to the ground untouched. He was able to walk off the field without assistance but headed straight for the locker room.

Prior to exiting, Evans caught three of five targets for 93 yards.
