Things have gone from bad to worse for Roberto De Zerbi as Tottenham struggle in every game they play. This would normally be a slam-dunk win for a team like Tottenham, but not this year. They’ve lost to Aston Villa and Newcastle at home as well as drawing with Everton.
Enough about how bad Tottenham are; let’s take a look at Coventry. They got off to a really poor start, losing each of their first four games without scoring a goal and conceding 10. Since then, they’ve rattled off two wins from two to get themselves up the table to 16th place. First, it was a 1-0 win on the road against Nottingham Forest with Jay Dasilva getting the winner in the second half. Then the next week they had their best performance of the season, beating Newcastle 4-1 at home.
