Guardians at Rays MLB Player Prop Bets for ALCS Game 6

Here we go.

After dropping Game 4 and Game 5 at home in Cleveland, it’s do or die time for the Guardians. The club will have to travel to Tropicana Field — one of the hardest places to play in baseball — and win two in a row to punch their ticket to the World Series.

Standing in Cleveland’s way in Game 6 on Monday will be the AL’s best team and Freddy Peralta.

Let’s break down a couple of my favorite props bets for tonight’s postseason action on the diamond.

Guardians at Rays Best Prop Bets

Freddy Peralta Under 4.5 Strikeouts (-162)

Peralta looked incredible in Game 2 of the ALCS, striking out six over six scoreless innings. However, after a relief appearance in Game 4, this will now be the third look that some Guardians hitters have against the veteran RHP. If that wasn’t enough, in general, this hasn’t exactly been a banner year for Peralta and strikeouts. The 30-year-old posted a career-low 21.4% strikeout rate during the regular season, along with the lowest swinging strike rate we’ve seen since his rookie campaign (11.1%).

Matchup plays an important role with this prop, as well. The Guardians are one of the most contact-oriented lineups in all of baseball, especially since Angel Martinez and his 50.0% postseason strikeout rate were benched in favor of Petey Halpin. Throughout 2026, Cleveland ranked in the lower-third of the league in strikeout rate (20.8%), swinging strike rate (9.8%) and chase rate (31.3%). The Guardians have their holes, but they’re a tough team if you’re looking to rack up whiffs.

Junior Caminero 3+ Hits + Runs + RBI (+165)

Caminero has yet to have a real moment in these playoffs, but Game 6 could be his best opportunity to thrive.

The Guardians are between starters. Stephen Vogt has assured the media that he’ll be saving ace Gavin Williams for a possible Game 7, while Parker Messick is off the table after throwing 57 pitches in Game 5. I also have my doubts that we’ll see Foster Griffin, as the lefty tossed 3.2 innings with 44 pitches on Saturday. So… who exactly does that leave? Well, Shawn Armstrong will open and pitch for the third straight game, while Erik Sabrowski, Hunter Gaddis and Cade Smith will all be on high alert in an elimination situation. But that still likely leaves three or four innings that Cleveland has to cover with Slade Cecconi or Joey Cantillo or Matt Festa. It’s far from an ideal spot.

Meanwhile, Caminero was relatively split-neutral across the regular season, with a 152 wRC+ against LHPs and a 138 wRC+ against right-handers. Caminero also utilized his 100th percentile bat speed (79.4) to post a 94th percentile expected slugging rate (.499). He’s among the most dangerous hitters in the world, and it just feels like he has to leave his mark on this series at some point.
