Late in the second quarter of Sunday’s game against the Dallas Cowboys, Ravens tight end Mark Andrews left the game. He suffered a hand injury, but there’s been no mention of when or how the injury occurred.
Prior to exiting, Andrews caught one of three targets for nine yards.
