After a busy Week 2 in the NFL, Major League Baseball finishes out Sunday with a fascinating matchup between the Baltimore Orioles and the Milwaukee Brewers at Oriole Park at Camden Yards. First pitch is scheduled for 7:20 p.m. ET on Peacock, and the Brew Crew will be looking to finish out their road sweep. Let’s dive into the matchup and take a look at my top three best bets from the player prop market in this Sunday Night Baseball matchup.

Overall, the Brewers are big road favorites at -206 on the Moneyline, and they are getting 90% of the bets on the Moneyline as of Sunday afternoon. The over/under is 7.5 runs, with 70% of the bets on the over.

For each Major League Baseball matchup, DraftKings Sportsbook has a wide variety of batter and pitcher props on the board, so let’s take a look at my top plays from this fun Sunday night Brewers-Orioles matchup.

Brewers at Orioles Prop Bets for Sunday 9/20/26

Jacob Misiorowski – 9+ Strikeouts Thrown (+106)

The Brewers will likely give ace Jacob Misiorowski two more starts during the regular season while lining him up for a start in Game 1 of the National League Divisional Series. They start the day with an impressive 97-58 record, which is the best record in the MLB by two games over the Dodgers. They’ll look to finish in that top spot to claim home-field advantage for a potential showdown with the Dodgers in the NLCS. Misiorowski has been a huge part of their success this season and is the heavy favorite to win his first NL Cy Young Award.

He comes into the game with an MLB-leading 38.2 K% and 243 strikeouts in his 28 starts (8.7 strikeouts per start). He has 48 strikeouts in 39 1/3 innings over his last seven starts, going over this prop with nine strikeouts just two starts ago against the Cubs. He had seven strikeouts in just five innings against the Pirates in his last start and only needed to throw 83 pitches. He should be fresh and ready to go deep in this game and is set up to rack up a big strikeout total.

Part of the reason that the over on strikeouts from The Miz is one of the best Brewers-Orioles prop bets to attack is that the Orioles have been so strikeout-prone. The O’s have the third-highest K% in the MLB this season and the second-highest over the last month. In their last six games, they have 72 strikeouts, averaging 12 strikeouts per game. With so much swing-and-miss potential in the lineup and such dominant numbers from Misiorowski, this seems like a spot he could reach double-digit strikeouts, but all he’ll have to do to deliver the green in this prop is get at least nine Ks.

Christian Encarnacion-Strand 2+ Total Bases (+196)

Taking any hitter against Misiorowski is high-risk, but I love these juicy odds on Encarnacion-Strand to finish with multiple total bases given his recent run of success.

CES struggled the last few seasons with the Reds, but he has been very solid in 53 games this year for the Orioles, hitting .267 with an .816 OPS and .349 wOBA. He has 90 total bases on the season, giving him an average of 1.7 total bases per contest.

He has been even better lately, though, making excellent contact and picking up extra-base hits coming down the stretch. He’s actually 0-for-7 in the first two games of this series, but he was 15-for-46 (.326) over his previous 13 games with 29 total bases, for an average of 2.2 total bases per game during that span.

He hit the over on this prop in seven of the last 12 games he started coming into this series, and he can deliver the win in this prop with a multi-hit game or any extra-base hit. He has a 14.7% barrel rate on the year, and if he catches a barrel on Sunday Night Baseball, he has a good chance to deliver green on this prop at almost 2:1 since he’s taking on Misiorowski in a tough matchup.

Joey Ortiz 2+ Hits + Runs + RBI (-104)

Most of the Brewers will be facing righty Brandon Young for the first time, and Young actually has stronger numbers against lefties than righties. One righty who makes sense on that side of the splits is Joey Ortiz, who comes into the matchup with sneaky good momentum.

Ortiz is hitting .270 on the year and averaging 1.47 HRR (hits, runs and RBI) per game. However, in his last 20 games with an at-bat, Oritz is hitting a blistering .368 (25-for-68) with 11 runs scored, eight RBI and an average of 2.2 HRR per contest.

He has 2+ HRR in seven straight games with an at-bat, and he has moved from the bottom of the order to the fifth or sixth spot in the last few games. Unlike Encarnacion-Strand, Ortiz doesn’t have powerful contact metrics, but he does make a lot of contact and gets very involved in the Brewers’ run production. If the Brew Crew get to Young and Milwaukee piles up the runs in the series finale, Ortiz should have no trouble delivering on this even-money prop. If you want to be even more aggressive, his 3+ HRR is available at +201 if you want to sweeten a single play with over +200 odds.

Another way to be more aggressive is to combine these three Sunday night props into a Same Game Parlay on DraftKings Sportsbook. The odds of that SGP stack up to a strong +1100.
