The greatest female fighter in UFC history will return at the World’s Most Famous Arena.
Former two-division champion Amanda Nunes is coming back to the Octagon, challenging Kayla Harrison for the women’s bantamweight title at UFC 334 inside New York City’s Madison Square Garden on November 14.
The fight was originally scheduled to go down at UFC 324 in January, but Harrison withdrew due to a neck injury.
Harrison opens as a -198 moneyline favorite on DraftKings Sportsbook, while Nunes sits as a +164 underdog.
Nunes (23–5, 16–2 UFC) will make her first trip to the Octagon since June 2023, when she defeated Irene Aldana via unanimous decision at UFC 289. “The Lioness,” 38, is the only woman to become a UFC double champion, and she ranks fourth in promotional history with 11 title fight wins.
Harrison (19–1, 3–0 UFC) arrived in the UFC in 2024, following a dominant run in PFL. She captured the title against Julianna Pena via second-round submission at UFC 316 in June 2025. This will be her first title defense after missing time with a neck injury.
In the main event of UFC 334, Ciryl Gane will square off with the undefeated Josh Hokit for the heavyweight championship.
