Week 1 of the 2026 NFL season has come and gone. Both the Lions and Bills pulled out late wins to get to 1-0 on the season, but someone’s 0 has to go on Thursday Night Football as Week 2 commences in Buffalo.

There were ten touchdowns in Buffalo’s 41-31 win over Detroit on Thursday, and Palmer’s 43-yard score was enough to crown him tonight’s King of the End Zone. Congrats to all Josh Palmer bettors!
St. Brown gets another one in garbage time
It’s not going to mean anything with this game out of reach, but Amon-Ra St. Brown scored a 27-yard touchdown with under two minutes remaining. It’s still a two score game, but St. Brown has had a great night.
James Cook puts the cherry on top
We have yet another one-yard touchdown tonight. This time it’s James Cook with a rushing touchdown. The Bills have been dominant on offense tonight, scoring six touchdowns. Josh Palmer’s remains the longest of the night with under three minutes remaining.
Sam LaPorta gets his touchdown
In a game where it seems like everyone has scored, Sam LaPorta finally gets his in the fourth quarter as the Lions get back to within two scores. It’s another one-yard touchdown on the night, which means Josh Palmer is still sitting pretty as the potential King of the End Zone.
Josh Allen does it again
This is way too easy for the Bills and their offense. Josh Allen just scored his second rushing touchdown of the night, this time a two-yard score. Josh Palmer remains in the lead in our race for the King of the End Zone, however.
Amon-Ra St. Brown gets a touchdown for Detroit
The Lions still trail by 10, but St. Brown has given them hope with a two-yard TD reception in the third quarter. Josh Palmer remains the man to beat.
Dalton Kincaid adds another
Kincaid saw Dawson Knox get in on the action and followed suit. Kincaid scored the fourth touchdown of the night for Buffalo, this time it was a 16-yard pass. It was still not enough to take the crown from Josh Palmer.
The Lions pull one back
Jared Goff and the Lions are on the board. Goff finds Jahmyr Gibbs for an 11-yard touchdown pass. Josh Palmer remains our leader.
Dawson Knox gets in on the fun
Boy, this is getting bad for Detroit. It’s another one-yard touchdown for Buffalo, and this time it’s Dawson Knox who hauls in a pass from Josh Allen. Josh Palmer remains the leader in the race to be the King of the End Zone with his 43-yard score.
Josh Palmer gets loose in the secondary
Two drives, two touchdowns for the Bills. On 3rd and 11, the Lions secondary lost Josh Palmer over the top, and Josh Allen hit him for a 43-yard touchdown. Josh Palmer is our new leader for King of the End Zone.
Josh Allen scores the first ever TD at Highmark Stadium
Josh Allen looked like Superman on the opening drive, leading the Bills down the field swiftly. It ended in a rushing score for Allen, a one-yard QB sneak. I doubt that holds up, but he’s now our leader in the clubhouse.
