The new season of The Traitors is coming soon. The season will be called The Traitors: New Blood. This is the first-ever all-civilian cast of The Traitors (US) and the first time any civilians will be on the show since Season 1. This should lead to very different gameplay than we have seen in the last couple of seasons, making for an exciting season.

In the past, there has been much more to discuss surrounding the cast. When the participants on the show are stars from other series, it’s easy to discuss how each person will perform on The Traitors. However, this group of civilians is almost completely unknown. All we have to go off of is their name, face and where they are from. However, that also creates a completely different dynamic when the cast meets each other. While none of these players are actual celebrities, many have large social media followings.

It’s much harder to make predictions about a cast that you know nothing about. However, there are a couple of figures that stick out that could be prominent in the season. There was a pre-season interview with the cast where they gave some basic information about themselves ahead of the season premiere airing. These players don’t know anything about each other going into the season, which means players could also lie about their age, hometown or occupation if they really wanted to. That makes for a much different dynamic than past seasons.
Here are a couple of players to watch this season:
Kim
Kim is a 37-year-old attorney from Houston. As an attorney, she is a great debater and orator. She should do a great job of convincing people to vote for who she wants, whether she is a faithful or a traitor. However, she did state in her interview that many people find her intimidating. That could be something that works to her disadvantage if people don’t trust her.
Logan
Logan is a 26-year-old realtor from Tennessee. As a real estate agent, he is used to talking to people and trying to sell them on something. He should be good at pitching the names he wants at roundtables and convincing people to be on his side. Logan can also use his southern charm to come off as non-threatening and friendly. In his interview, he stated that he wants to come off as a very simple guy, but if he were a traitor, he would be a mastermind.
Niyyah
Niyyah is a 29-year-old therapist from Indianapolis. A therapist is a great occupation to have to succeed on this show. She should be good at talking to people and picking up on when people are being honest with her. Niyyah should be good at building a rapport with people without having to give too much away about herself. In her interview, she stated that she would want to be a traitor because she is a Type-A personality who wants to be in control.
