Hernandez last fought in October 2025, when he scored a third-round knockout over Paulo Machado. That was the first time he appeared in the third round of his MMA career. Hernandez is a versatile fighter, with four submissions and three knockouts. Guillon looks to become the next French fighter in the UFC. He has won six consecutive fights, with four of them coming in the first round.
In this fight, Guillon has a massive physical advantage, being seven inches taller (6’4″ vs. 5’9″) with a five-inch reach advantage (78″ vs. 73″). Guillon is a -175 favorite with Hernandez as a +145 underdog in this contest on DraftKings Sportsbook. This fight has an over/under of 1.5 rounds, with the under at 200 and the over at +154. Even though Hernandez enters this bout undefeated, he has a tough challenge in front of him, especially considering Guillon is the much bigger fighter in this matchup.
