What happened to Brian Thomas Jr? Live injury updates for Jaguars vs. Browns on Sunday 9/13/26

Update: Brian Thomas Jr. has returned to today’s Jaguars vs. Browns game.

Jaguars wide receiver Brian Thomas Jr. has left today’s matchup against the Browns with a shoulder injury. He is currently considered questionable to return.

Thomas Jr. has pulled in all three targets on the game for 40 receiving yards prior to the injury. The former Pro-Bowl wide receiver has dealt with shoulder injuries in college, and his status will be worth monitoring. After being looked at on the sidelines for a few minutes, Thomas Jr. went to the locker room with trainers to be further evaluated. Jacksonville holds a 17-0 lead at the time of his departure.
