New York Giants vs. Dallas Cowboys DraftKings Pick6 Picks for SNF

The first Sunday Night Football matchup of the 2026-27 NFL season sees the New York Giants host the Dallas Cowboys in an NFC East matchup. One of the best ways to get in on the game is by playing DraftKings Pick6.

Here are my top Pick6 plays for the Week 1 Sunday Night Football matchup.

New York Giants vs. Dallas Cowboys DraftKings Pick6 Picks for Sunday Night Football

George Pickens More Than 0.5 Rushing + Receiving Touchdowns

George Pickens had a great first season with the Cowboys. He finished the third in the NFL in receiving yards and eighth in receiving touchdowns. CeeDee Lamb did miss a couple of games, but Pickens was arguably the WR1 in Dallas even when Lamb was healthy. He led the team in catches, yards and touchdowns. While CeeDee Lamb will always get a healthy dose of targets, Pickens should get just as much of a chance this season.

Pickens barely played in the season finale against the Giants in 2025, in which the Cowboys played a lot of backups. However, in the first matchup against the Giants, Pickens went for 68 yards and a touchdown. He should have success against the Giants again to open the season. The Giants ranked 27th in the NFL in defensive EPA/play and 25th in defensive success rate last season. This electric Cowboys offense should put up big numbers in this game and Pickens should find the end zone.

Dak Prescott More Than 0.5 Passing Yards (Promo Pick)

There is a great DraftKings Pick6 promo pick for the first Sunday Night Football game of the year. For this pick to hit, users just need Dak Prescott to throw for one yard against the Giants. The original number for Prescott was 262.5 yards, and now he just needs to complete one forward pass to hit this play. Prescott ranked third in the NFL in passing yards last season, so he should be up to the task.

Isaiah Likely More Than 3.5 Receptions

Isaiah Likely was the big offensive acquisition of the offseason for the Giants. Likely is a talented pass-catcher at tight end, but shared duties with Mark Andrews during his time in Baltimore. He is now going to be the clear top tight end for the Giants this season. Likely could see a big target share in this opening game. Malik Nabers is a game-time decision, and even if he does play, he could be on a snap count. Without Nabers, the Giants are severely lacking receiving options. Jaxson Dart should use Likely as a safety net in this game, pushing him over this number.

What is DraftKings Pick6?

Pick6 is a peer-to-peer fantasy variant where you build a lineup (your โ€œPick Setโ€) of 2+ players and select whether you believe each will outperform their listed stat projection. Enter your Pick Set in Pick6 contests to compete against other users. Get enough picks correct and win a share of cash prizes.

How to Play

Create a Pick Set

Create a Pick Set by choosing 2+ players from the same sport and Pick Group (a set of picks available from a group of set competitions).
