San Francisco 49ers wide receiver De’Zhaun Stribling exited Thursday’s season opener against the Los Angeles Rams after suffering a leg injury in the first half. He will not return.
Stribling ran a route from the right side of the formation in between the hashes and the numbers. After running around 20 yards up the field, Stribling cut towards the middle but suffered a non-contact injury to his left leg.
After limping to the sideline then to the medical tent, Stribling was eventually carted off to the locker room.
Before exiting, Stribling did not garner a target.
