What happened to Jake Tonges? Live injury updates for 49ers vs. Rams on Thursday 9/10/26

UPDATE: Tonges will not return.

Late in the second quarter of Thursday’s game against the Los Angeles Rams, Jake Tonges suffered a knee injury after attempting to block.

Tonges had to be helped off the field and to the medical tent. He was carted to the locker room and is now questionable to return.

Prior to exiting, Tonges did not garner a target.
