Apple announced iPhone 18 Pro and iPhone Duo

Apple announced the next generation of iPhone with the iPhone 18 Pro, iPhone 18 Pro Max, and the new iPhone Duo at today’s keynote event. This is Apple’s first keynote event under new CEO John Ternus. For Apple, the iPhone Duo is a first-of-its-kind device, being their first foldable iPhone. 

The iPhone 18 Pro and 18 Pro Max will come in four colors: deep black, refined silver, glacier blue, and burgundy. At this event, Apple said preorders for the iPhone 18 Pro and iPhone 18 Pro Max will begin on Saturday, September 12. It will officially be available on September 18. Normally, pre-orders launch on a Friday, but this year they will take place one day later because September 11 falls on a Friday. The iPhone 18 Pro starts at $1,199 while the iPhone 18 Pro Max begins at $1,299. The new iPhone Duo begins at $1,999. You can pre-order the iPhone Duo starting October 16, and it will be available on October 23. 

Apple also announced AirPods 5, which will cost $129. AirPods 5 with a wireless charging case will be $149. Both can be pre-ordered today and will be available on September 18. Apple announced two new watches: Apple Watch Series 12 and Apple Watch Ultra 4. The Apple Watch Series 12 and Apple Watch Ultra 4 can be pre-ordered starting today and will be available on September 18. The Apple Watch Series 12 begins at $399, with the Ultra 4 at $799.
