The TCU Horned Frogs and the UNC Tar Heels are kicking off the college football season in Dublin, Ireland. The Week 0 matchup will take place at 12:00 p.m. ET on Saturday.
TCU is an 8.5-point favorite against UNC on DraftKings Sportsbook. The Tar Heels are +280 to pull off the upset.

Jordan Dwyer Anytime TD Scorer (+105)
Jordan Dwyer could be in for a massive season for TCU in 2026. Last season, he was the WR2 behind Eric McAlister. McAlister was one of the best pass-catchers in the country, ranking seventh nationally in receiving yards and 12th in receiving touchdowns. Despite having such an elite receiver as Josh Hoover’s main target, Dwyer still finished the season with 730 yards and seven touchdowns. If he can take over McAlister’s target share, he could have a 1,000-yard season of his own in 2026.
Last season, TCU played its opener against UNC in Chapel Hill. Dwyer tore the UNC defense apart in that matchup. He had nine catches for 136 yards and a touchdown, his best game of the 2025 season. It has been a strange few weeks for UNC preparing for this game, as defensive coordinator Steve Belichick has been on medical leave and is not expected to be with the team in Dublin to call the defense. So, things could be a bit disjointed for the UNC defense on Saturday.
New TCU quarterback Jaden Craig should make life easy on himself by feeding his top receiver. Dwyer should start the season on a positive note and find the end zone against the Tar Heels for the second year running.
Jordan Shipp 60+ Receiving Yards (-112)
UNC announced that Wisconsin transfer Billy Edwards will be the QB1 to start the season for the Tar Heels. Edwards had a solid 2024 season as the QB1 at Maryland, but his 2025 season in Madison was derailed by injury. He only ended up throwing 16 passes for the Badgers last season, but is hoping for a fresh start in Chapel Hill. The best thing Edwards can do to make his transition easier is to throw the football to Jordan Shipp whenever possible.
Shipp was UNC’s leading receiver in 2025, going for 671 yards on 60 catches. One of Shipp’s best games last season came in the opener against TCU, despite how poorly UNC played as a team. Shipp caught four balls for 84 yards. That included a 39-yard catch, his second-longest of the season. Shipp also really came on down the stretch in 2025. He caught eight balls for over 80 yards and a touchdown in each of UNC’s final two games. He should carry that momentum into this season and get to at least 60 yards through the air against TCU.
