Today in London, England, the iconic 02 Arena plays host to an IBF Heavyweight Championship fight between Moses Itauma and Filip Hrgovic. Itauma, 21, is 14-0 with 12 knockouts and is attempting to become the second-youngest Heavyweight Champion in history. But he has his toughest test in front of him with Hrgovic, who is 20-1 with 15 knockouts.
Check out my best bet below for Moses Itauma vs. Filip Hrgovic.
Moses Itauma to Win In Rounds 1-6 (+110)
Hrgovic suffered his first career loss to Daniel Dubois in June 2024, but since then, he has gone on a three-fight winning streak. Most recently, Hrgovic picked up a third-round knockout over David Allen in May. Itauma’s last win came against Jermaine Franklin in March. In the previous two years, Itauma has gone 5-0 with five knockouts. Even as the competition has gotten tougher, Itauma has continued to elevate his game and prove he is a generational talent.
On DraftKings Sportsbook, Itauma is a big -900 favorite while Hrgovic is a +550 underdog in this contest. The over/under is set at 9.5 rounds, with the under at -125. Itauma is -300 to win this fight by KO/TKO/DQ.
In this contest, Hrgovic has the physical advantage: he is taller (6’6″ vs. 6’4.5″) and has an edge in standing reach (82″ vs. 79″). But Itauma should be able to neutralize that with his top-tier athleticism, power, and speed. Itauma has won his previous 10 fights by knockout, all in the first six rounds. That is why I’m taking Itauma to win in Rounds 1-6 at +110.
