DraftKings WNBA Pick6 Fantasy Basketball Picks Today: Top Picks for 8/26/26

There will be two games tonight, first tipping of at 7 PM EST between the Valkyries and the Sun. Then at 10 PM, the Storm will visit the Tempo.

There are plenty of opportunities to get involved in the action this evening. One of the more unique features on DraftKings this year is Pick6 Fantasy Basketball!

This article will look at my top Pick6 plays for tonight’s slate. We simply choose whether a player will record more or less of the set statistic. Here are my favorite plays for tonight’s action.

Kiki Rice More Than 16.5 Points

Toronto is still missing too much offense, and somebody has to absorb those shots. Rice is averaging 12.0 PPG for the season, so this line is definitely asking for more than her baseline, but the injury context matters with Sykes, Mabrey, Sabally, and Morrow all out, plus Conde still questionable. She has already averaged 14.5 PPG in two games against Seattle, and her recent scoring run includes 19, 19, and 14-point efforts, so there is at least some evidence that the volume is starting to show up. Seattle is not a bottom-tier defense on paper, but the Storm have allowed 92.2 PPG over their last 10 games, which makes this more playable than it would look from the full-season number alone.

Flau’jae Johnson More Than 15.5 Points

Seattle will again be without Natisha Hiedeman, opening another opportunity for Flau’jae Johnson to take on a larger share of the Storm’s offense. Hiedeman leads Seattle with 4.8 APG and ranks second on the team with 15.4 PPG, and Johnson responded to her absence Sunday by firing up 19 shots and scoring 23 points with five made threes against Dallas.

The matchup is considerably easier tonight, as Toronto owns the WNBA’s worst defensive rating and allows a league-high 93.7 PPG. The Tempo have been especially vulnerable inside the arc, where opponents are shooting 55.2%, giving Johnson multiple avenues to score rather than having to hit five treys again. Johnson remains probable with an ankle issue, but assuming she is cleared as expected, her combination of added offensive responsibility and Toronto’s defensive problems gives her a strong chance to move beyond 15.5 points.

Dominique Malonga More Than 31.5 Points + Rebounds + Assists

The 31.5 PRA line is aggressive relative to Malonga’s season-long averages, but her recent production and Toronto’s frontcourt defense make it attainable. Malonga is up to 19.3 PPG, 9.3 RPG, and 2.1 APG during August, and she has cleared this number in four of her seven games this month. Toronto allows the most offensive rebounds in the WNBA at 10.0 per game while also surrendering a league-high 93.7 points, a combination that fits Malonga particularly well as Seattle’s leading scorer and most productive rebounder. Her last game produced only 18 PRA, but that came in just 20 minutes during a 92-70 loss to Dallas after she had reached at least 32 PRA in four of her previous five outings. Malonga finished with 21 points, seven rebounds, and one assist in her lone game against Toronto earlier this season, and the Tempo defense has only become a more attractive matchup as the year has progressed.
