Emmers (22–8, 5–4 UFC) is coming off back-to-back wins for the first time in his UFC career, most recently scoring a unanimous decision win over Hyder Amil in November 2025. Douglas (14–5, 1–0 UFC) is riding a marvelous Octagon debut, recording a first-round knockout of Julian Erosa in March.

“Pretty Boy,” 37, stopped Gabriel Miranda in the first round before edging out a decision win over Hyder Amil. However, both wins were against fellow veterans. While still a skilled kickboxer, Emmers now has to deal with a surging prospect with bad, bad intentions.
