The WWE is back in Toronto, Canada, at Scotiabank Arena for a highly anticipated episode of Friday Night SmackDown. CM Punk is defending the Undisputed WWE Championship against Kevin Owens in the Main Event of this show. Owens is from Canada, so he will likely receive a warm welcome in Toronto.

WWE Undisputed Championship Match: CM Punk (c) vs. Kevin Owens

CM Punk has successfully defended the Undisputed title once since defeating Sami Zayn to win it. This is a one-on-one match that’s been in the making for a long time. Fans have been clamoring for this showdown for years, and it seemed like it would never happen. Would it be surprising and create an amazing moment if Kevin Owens won the title in his home country? Yes, it would, but it is unlikely, considering Punk’s reign has only lasted a month. This likely won’t be the last time we see this match, and I could see it turning into a short series between the two.
