There will be three games tonight in the W, tipping off at 8 PM EST between the Tempo and the Wings. The Lynx will visit the Fire at 10 PM, and the Valkyries will host the Sky at the same time.
There are plenty of opportunities to get involved in the action this evening. One of the more unique features on DraftKings this year is Pick6 Fantasy Basketball!
This article will look at my top Pick6 plays for tonight’s slate. We simply choose whether a player will record more or less of the set statistic. Here are my favorite plays for tonight’s action.
Paige Bueckers More than 19.5 Points
With Dallas fighting for postseason positioning, this is a good spot to bank on Bueckers carrying the offense. She’s averaging 20.1 PPG and has already cleared this number in both meetings with Toronto, scoring 22 and 34 points. Toronto has allowed a league-high 94.1 PPG, including 98.1 PPG on the road, giving Bueckers one of the friendlier scoring environments on the board. Dallas enters Wednesday at 19-14 and in eighth place, currently holding the WNBA’s final playoff spot, so a home game against a 10-22 Toronto team is exactly the type of matchup the Wings need to take advantage of after three straight losses. Bueckers has been the centerpiece of their offense all season, and she only needs to reach roughly her season average to get us over 19.5.
Kayla McBride More than 16.5 Points
It would be easy to dismiss this as chasing McBride’s 43-point explosion against Dallas, but her hot streak goes well beyond one game. McBride is averaging 18.4 PPG for the season and has put up 23.1 PPG over Minnesota’s last 13 games while shooting 50.9% from three during that stretch; she also scored 24 against Portland in their July 18 meeting. Portland has allowed 91.8 PPG, third-most in the WNBA, so there should be enough scoring opportunities for McBride to remain aggressive even if she naturally cools off from her record-setting 10-three performance.
Minnesota has already become the first team to clinch a playoff berth and sits three games clear of Golden State for the league’s best record, so the playoff motivation here is no longer qualification, but rather protecting the No. 1 seed and home-court advantage. At 16.5, we’re getting McBride nearly two points below her season average despite her playing some of her best basketball of the year.
Veronica Burton More than 5.5 Assists
Burton’s 5.5 assists is still my favorite role-based angle of the three. She’s averaging 5.7 APG and has handed out exactly seven assists in each of her last three games, while Golden State has now produced at least 20 assists in six consecutive games. Chicago has actually been respectable at limiting assists over the full season, allowing 20.3 per game, but that number has jumped to 24.0 over its last three, so the recent matchup trend is considerably friendlier than the season-long ranking suggests.
Golden State is 23-9 and second in the WNBA standings, meaning the Valkyries are playing for much more than simply making the postseason at this point — they have a legitimate chance to secure one of the league’s top seeds and remain within striking distance of Minnesota. Burton remains their primary organizer, and a discounted 5.5 line means another solid playmaking night gets us there without requiring anything unusual.

Enter an Amount
Once you finalize your Pick Set, choose your entry fee amount. Your entries will be automatically distributed into available contests, subject to your confirmation.

When the games go live, use the My Picks tab to follow your picks in real time to track how your players are performing against their projections and how they stack up against other users.
Compete for Prizes
