Sabrina Ionescu U 2.5 Made Three-Pointers (-150)
Ionesuce has been cold from deep as of late, going 1-of-6 from beyond the arc in back-to-back starts. The guard is shooting just 34% from deep this season and she has stayed under 2.5 made three-pointers in 14-of-21 games.
Ionsecu is going against the Fever tonight and this isn’t an appealing spot for her to find her outside shot, as Indiana is giving up the fewest made three-pointers per game this season (7.6). Ionescu has faced the Fever once this season and she went 2-of-4 on three-pointers that night. Ionescu should have a similar outing this evening and is an excellent bet for this under.
Jewell Loyd U 7.5 Points (-109)
The Aces will have A’ja Wilson, Jackie Young and Chelsea Gray back in the lineup after these three sat out Sunday’s matchup vs. the Liberty. Despite moving into the starting lineup with that trio inactive, Loyd only scored two points on 0-of-4 shooting in 19 minutes vs. New York. The veteran usually comes off the bench and Loyd is having a brutal season, averaging just 8.0 PPG on 36% shooting, both of which are career worst marks.
Loyd will return to her reserve role tonight with the Aces back to full strength and the 32-year-old is in a terrible spot vs. the Mystics, who rank second in defensive rating and second-to-last in pace. Loyd has fallen short of 7.5 points in four of her last six and is a strong bet to do so again tonight.
Ariel Atkins O 1.5 Made Three-Pointers (-106)
Atkins’ outside shooting has been strong lately, knocking down multiple treys in all but one of her last six. The veteran is shooting 46.7% from beyond the arc during this six-game span and she is in a perfect spot to stay hot from deep tonight vs. the Mercury.
Phoenix ranks 12th in defensive rating and the club is allowing the most made three-pointers per game (9.9) on the highest percentage in the league this season (37%). This will be Atkins’ fourth time facing the Mercury and she knocked down three treys in two of the first three matchups. Overall, Atkins is shooting 44% on three-pointers vs. Phoenix.
