Two top-10 Middleweight contenders, No. 4 Dalton Rosta and No. 8 Bryan Battle, face each other in the Main Event of tonight’s PFL event in Charlotte, North Carolina, at the Bojangles Coliseum. Battle suffered a first-round submission to Johnny Eblen in his PFL debut in March. Before that, Battle won seven consecutive contests in the UFC and Dirty Boxing. Rosta has a record of 11-3 in fights that took place in Bellator or PFL.
Check out my best bet below for Bryan Battle vs. Dalton Rosta at tonight’s PFL event.
Bryan Battle Moneyline (-135)
Rosta won three straight fights from June 2024 to June 2025 but is now in the midst of a two-fight losing streak. His previous two losses have come against Impa Kasanganay and Fabian Edwards. Rosta’s most recent win came against Aaron Jeffrey in June 2025.
Although Battle’s UFC career ended in 2024, he was in the midst of a five-fight unbeaten streak at that point. Battle’s last victory in MMA came against Randy Brown at UFC 310 in December 2024. In his MMA career, Battle has a record of 13-3 with 10 finishes. On DraftKings Sportsbook, Battle is a -135 favorite with Rosta being a +114 underdog.
In this contest, Battle has a one-inch advantage in height (6’1″ vs. 6’0″) and standing reach (77″ vs. 76″) over Rosta. With Rosta coming off two knockouts, he could be hesitant early on in this fight. If that is the case, it could benefit Battle, who is an aggressive fighter. Battle’s pace and power should be a difference-maker in this fight.
