WWE is back at Xfinity Mobile Arena in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania for an episode of Friday Night SmackDown! This is the first episode of SmackDown in Philly since March 2025. This week, SmackDown will continue to feature the fallout from SummerSlam, which took place on August 1 and August 2.

Singles Match: Charlotte Flair vs. Jade Cargill

For the first time, Charlotte Flair and Jade Cargill will face off in a one-on-one match. The two have feuded for a while and are now finally going toe-to-toe. Flair needs the victory more in this match because although she is a former 14-time champion, she hasn’t won a singles match in nearly two months. Having Flair beat Cargill puts her firmly in contention to be Chelsea Green’s first challenger for the Interim Women’s Championship.
