Nathan Eovaldi, Texas Rangers vs. Baltimore Orioles ($9,500) — Eovaldi has put up 2 and 0.2 FPTS in two of the last three games. Recency bias could make the ownership level depressed while there is plenty of upside because Baltimore is third in strikeouts and Eovaldi has put up over 20 FPTS in six of the last eight starts, with two of those over 30 FPTS.

Connor Prielipp, Minnesota Twins at Milwaukee Brewers ($6,800) — Prielipp is sporting a 4.75 ERA through 77.2 innings, but the FIP is lower at 3.87 while the BABIP is .299 and the strand rate is only 61.4%. His big bugaboo is control, as the walk rate is 8.9%. The strikeout rate is a healthy 24.1%. Prielipp has pitched at least five innings and put up double digit FPTS in each of the last four starts, with two of those over 20 FPTS. Against left-handed pitching, Milwaukee is 28th in ISO and 20th in wRC+.

Alec Burleson, St. Louis Cardinals vs. Colorado Rockies ($4,800) — Burleson is slashing .287/.351/.480 with a 8.3% walk rate and 15.8% strikeout rate. The average exit velocity is 91.8 mph with a 11.6% barrel rate and 73.4 mph bat speed. Against right-handed pitching, the wRC+ is 165 with a .235 ISO. Ryan Feltner has a 5.8 FIP and 7.2% K-BB% against lefties this season. Just in case you forgot, Burleson hit three home runs three games ago.

Angel Genao, Cleveland Guardians at Chicago White Sox ($2,300) — Genao was called up two games ago. All he did in his debut was go 4-for-5 with a run and an RBI. In the next game, he went 1-for-4 with a run and a strikeout. He’s batting ninth in the order, but he’s cheap, has speed and displayed excellent plate discipline in the minors, often having a strikeout rate in the teens. Noah Schultz has a 10.8% walk rate with a 4.94 FIP against righties. There’s a good chance Genao reaches base in this one.
OUTFIELD

Riley Greene, Detroit Tigers at San Francisco Giants ($4,400) — Greene has a 90.9 mph average exit velocity, 17.4 degree launch angle, 15% barrel rate and 75.6 mph bat speed. Against right-handed pitching, the slash is .302/.382/.514 with a .212 ISO and 148 wRC+. It’s not great that this game is in San Francisco, but Adrian Houser will be on the mound and he has a 6.39 FIP and 5.7% K-BB% against lefties.

Zach McKinstry, Detroit Tigers at San Francisco Giants ($2,700) — Yup, we stacking against Houser. The numbers are kind of gross for McKinstry, as the slash is only .219/.295/.330 with a 85.6 mph average exit velocity, 2.7% barrel rate and 68.4 mph bat speed. That said, he is better against right-handed pitching with a 87 wRC+ and .134 ISO compared to 31 wRC+ and .019 ISO against lefties. McKinstry has put up at least 2 FPTS in 13 straight with three of those over 10 FPTS.
